In 2007, Brunswick Sales identified an opportunity to supply a unique range of concrete pumps designed for core filling hollow blockwork applications. Since then, we have expanded our range to include the innovative and cost-effective Bunker Pump B100, imported from Italy.
Bunker Pump B100
This machine allows blockwork contractors to control the core filling process at their own pace, rather than relying on an external contractor.
- Introducing the world's smallest concrete pump made by Bunker, featuring a rotor-stator system. This pump operates entirely on hydraulic drive and allows for gradual output and pressure control.
- It offers a unique alternative to more expensive and cumbersome machines, making it easier to manoeuvre.
- With the B100, you can effectively pump mortar and concrete with aggregates up to 25 mm.
- The B100's key feature is the innovative separation of the power pack and the pump, which enhances its versatility.
- Flexible hoses with quick couplings connect the power pack to the pump, allowing for remote operation even over long distances.
The Bunker Pump B100 is highly reliable, featuring very few moving parts, which significantly reduces the likelihood of breakdowns. The power pack that drives the pump is available in both 3-phase electric and diesel options, making it versatile for various construction applications.
Additionally, we can pair the Bunker Pump with a locally supplied power pack, should you choose, also offered in 3-phase electric or diesel configurations, making sourcing service and parts even easier. Another option is to use a separate power source, such as a telehandler or forklift, if you have access to one. This way, you can use the equipment as your primary power source, which can help reduce your initial costs by just purchasing the pump and hoses.
With minimal moving parts, these pumps are user-friendly, easy to clean, and straightforward to service. For added convenience, this machine can also come equipped with an optional mixer fully integrated into its design if desired.
